At Aquascutum Active, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium performance wear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Aquascutum Active tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
